Mrs. Sandra Lynn Barlow Skinnell, 76, of Clover, SC, passed away Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at Pruitt Health, Rock Hill, SC.

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 9, 2025 at the First United Methodist Church, 124 Bethel Street, Clover, SC with the Rev. Tresco Shannon officiating.  The family will receive friends 1 hour before the service at the Church.  Interment will be in Lakeview Memory Gardens, York, SC. 

Mrs. Skinnell was born July 21, 1948 in Lenoir, NC to the late James Rowe Barlow and Lillian Novell Miller Barlowe.  She was the widow of Paul D. Skinnell.

Survivors are her daughter Lisa S. Thornburg (Jeff); son Steve Skinnell (Laura) all of Clover, SC; brothers Mike Barlow (Jennifer) of Taylorsville, NC and Jim Barlow (Rita) of Essex England; grandchildren Amber Joyner (Mike), Justin Skinnell, Taylor Carothers (Derrick), and Barry Thornburg; and great grandchildren Roman Carothers, Lucian Carothers, Noah Carothers, Sebastian Carothers, and Carson Joyner. 

She was preceded in death by a brother, Barry Barlow.
