Mrs. Sara “Peanut” Elizabeth Nash Yarbrough, 79, of Clover, SC, passed away Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at CaroMont Regional Medical Center, Gastonia, NC.

Mrs. Yarbrough was born April 6, 1946, in Gastonia, NC, to the late James William Nash and Edith Hullett Nash.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Lee Yarbrough, Sr., her sisters, Francis Murphy and Phyllis Stinson, and her nephew, Billy Stinson.

She is survived by her children, Frank “Dodie” L. Yarbrough, Jr. (Teresa), Roger D. Yarbrough (Jessica), Phyllis Michelle Murphy (David), and Angela “Nikki” Murphy McDonald; her grandchildren, Ashley Grant (Drake), Wayne Peters, Matthew Carpenter (Emily), David Payne (Dave), Anthony Murphy (Lauren), Julie Hansen, Frank McDonald (Mariah), and Harley Peters; her great-grandchildren, Jaxon, Noah, Lily, and Nora Grant, Sophia, Payton, and Myla Murphy, Anthony E. McDonald, Frances and Frank Peters, and Kaydence and Addie Sisk; and her nephew, James Stinson (Diana).

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, June 7, 2025, at M. L. Ford & Sons Funeral Home, 209 N. Main Street, Clover, SC.  Interment will be in Bethany ARP Church Cemetery, 1400 N. Hwy. 161, Clover, SC.  The family will receive friends one hour before the service, beginning at 1:00 p.m.
