Mrs. Sarah Lorene Wells Faulkner, 85, of Clover, SC, passed away Thursday, March 21, 2024 at White Oak Manor in York, SC.

A graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, March 25, 2024 at the Bethany A.R.P. Church Cemetery with a memorial service following in the Church sanctuary, Rev. Benjamin Glasser will be officiating. The family will receive friends following the memorial service.

M. L. Ford & Sons Funeral Home will be open from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. Sunday, March 24th for family and friends who may want to pay their respects and sign the register book.

Mrs. Faulkner was born May 18, 1938 in York County, SC to the late James Earl and Edna Cleo Biggers Wells.  Sarah worked as a secretary for Sifford-Stine Insurance Agency for over 46 years.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Mason Faulkner, a sister Geraldine “Gerri” Bankhead and brothers, Newton Wells and Steve Wells.

Survivors are her brother Roy Wells (Peggy); sister-in-law Dorothy Wells; brother-in-law Ted Bankhead; and nephew and niece Fred & Judy Faulkner.
