Teresa D. Ballard Owenbey of Clover, South Carolina, died January 9, 2022, in Rock Hill, SC.

A memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 15, 2022, at Mercy Baptist Church, 2995 Filbert Hwy, Clover, SC with the Rev. Ted Cole, III officiating.  The family will receive friends one hour before the service and other times at the home of Eddie and Rhonda Ballard – Woodridge Drive, Clover, SC.

Teresa was born February 22, 1957, in Gastonia, NC to Carolyn Ann Evans Ballard and the late Clayton Earle Ballard.  In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a sister Sheila Falls.

She is survived by her daughter Angela Knapp Hawkins (Josh), a grandson Joshua Hawkins of Shelby, NC, and her brothers Wayne Ballard (Sue), Clover, SC, Keith Ballard (Susan), Clover, SC, and Eddie Ballard (Rhonda), Clover, SC.
