Thomas McNiece Obituary

Mr. Thomas Francis McNiece, 77, of Lake Wylie, SC, passed away Sunday, April 12, 2020 at the Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House, Rock Hill, SC.

A Memorial Mass will be planned in the future at All Saints Catholic Church in Lake Wylie, SC.

Mr. McNiece was born December 2, 1942 in Elizabeth, NJ to the late James Joseph and Adeline Agnes Brady McNiece.  He graduated from the University  of Dayton (Ohio). He was a U. S. Army Vietnam Veteran and was a retired Corporal of the Morris County, New Jersey Sheriff’s Office. Mr. McNiece was a 4th Degree Knights of Columbus. He and Helene were members of River Hills/Lake Wylie Lions Club. 

Survivors are his wife Helene Freda McNiece; daughter Margaret McNiece and son Thomas F. McNiece, Jr. both of New Jersey; step daughter Hanna Pisano and step son Samuel Pisano, IV, both of South Carolina; sisters Mary Rahmig (Frank) of Florida, Theresa Roos (Bob) of Minnesota; and brothers John McNiece (Marlene) of Arizona, and Bill McNiece (Joan) of Delaware.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the National Alzheimer’s Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave., Floor 17, Chicago, IL 60601, Veterans of Foreign Wars, P.O. Box 8958, Topeka, KS 66608-8958, or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
