Dr. Thomas James Moore, 74, of Clover, SC, passed away Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at home.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, May 31, 2025 at Maplewood Cemetery, Crown Point, IN. There will be a memorial service for Tom on July 8, 2025, from 1 - 3 pm at Geisen Funeral Home, 606 E. 113th Ave., Crown Point, IN. 

Dr. Moore was born June 7, 1950 in Hammond, IN to the late Thomas Mitchell Moore and Betty Jean Reppert Moore.  He was a family doctor in Carmel, IN for 30 years.  Dr. Moore later moved to South Carolina and enjoyed helping his sister on her farm, he loved all of the animals. 

Survivors are his sister, Kathleen L. Moore and brother, Robert M. Moore (Mary J.)
