Mr. Tony Ray Hart, 81, an Air Force and Vietnam War Veteran, passed away on National Vietnam War Veteran’s Day, Saturday, March 29, 2025, at the Levine Dickson Southminster Hospice House, Charlotte, NC.

Memorial service will be 12:00 p.m. Saturday, April 12, 2025, at M. L. Ford & Sons Funeral Home, 4820 Charlotte Hwy., Lake Wylie, SC with the Rev. Kenneth Tart officiating.  The family will receive friends 1 hour before the service.

Mr. Hart was born May 30, 1943, in Cincinnati, OH to the late Harold Ray Hart and Madean Taylor Hart.

Survivors are his wife of 19 years, Janice Blackburn Hart; daughter Amy Witter (Justin) of Mt. Airy, MD; sons John Hart (Donna) of Charlotte, NC and Stephen Hart of Alexandria, VA; and four grandchildren, Robert Hart, Ian Hart, Madeline Witter, and Avery Witter.

Along with his parents, his is also preceded in death by a brother, John Loyd Hart.
