“Well done, good and faithful servant." These are the words that Velma Jean “Jeannie” Langford Nassef heard on January 25, 2024.
Born in Saluda, SC on April 13,1933, Jeannie is survived by daughter Carman Cullen-Batt (Eric), stepson George Nassef Jr. (Brooke), grandchildren Catherine Smith (Brady) and Gavin Nassef, great-grandchildren Amelia and Hattie Smith, four siblings and 18 nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband Dr. George Nassef and son Robert Marshall Whitener, Jr.
She will be interred on March 2, 2024, at 11:30 a.m., in Woodside Cemetery, Cemetery Street, Clover, SC.
Her life was lived to Glorify her Savior, she ran the race.
