Mr. William Scott Troxler, 60, of Clover, SC, passed away Friday, January 5, 2024, at the Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House, Rock Hill, SC, after fighting his battle with dementia.
He was born on June 24, 1963, in Charlotte, NC, to Carrie Hannon Troxler and the late William Troxler.
Scott loved watching movies, NASCAR, and listening to music. Some of his favorite bands were Iron Maiden, Metallica, and Stryper. He loved taking trips to the mountains and the beach. While there, he enjoyed snapping photos and videos of everyone's smiling faces. He loved to grill. He was always coming up with new recipes to try and share with everyone. Above all else he loved his family and his friends.
He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Sharon McGinnis Troxler; his mother, Carrie Troxler; his daughter, Chloe Wyatt (Brennan), Spartanburg, SC; his sons, Justin Troxler, Clover, SC, and Dillon Troxler, Clover, SC; and his brother, Steve Troxler (Pam).
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, January 14, 2024, at M. L. Ford & Sons Funeral Home, 209 N. Main Street, Clover SC. Visitation with the family will be held one hour before the service beginning at 1:00 p.m.
