Mrs. Wilma Louise Hawkins Ramsey, 85, of York, SC, passed away surrounded by her family, Tuesday, October 29, 2024 at home.

All services will be private.

Mrs. Ramsey was born May 18, 1939 in York, SC to the late Church W. and Marie Rose Hawkins.  She was retired from the Rock Hill Telephone Company.

She was preceded in death by a brother, John Lindsay Hawkins.

Survivors are her husband of 65 years, Carl H. Ramsey; sons Carl “Chuck” H. Ramsey, Jr. (Kelly) of York, SC and Carlton Scott Ramsey (Nataliya) of Mooresville, NC; sister Pat Hope; grandchildren Brittany Ramsey Scully (Ron) of Clover, SC, Taylor Brooke Ramsey of York, SC, and Gracen Hope Ramsey Horne of Chester, SC; and great granddaughter Annaliyah Grace Scully.
