Winfield Robin Scott, III, 77, of Lake Wylie, SC, passed away Tuesday, September 5, 2023.

Robin was born May 23, 1946, in East Orange, NJ, to the late Winfield Robin Scott, Jr. and Barbara Spurr Scott.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Christine Appleton Scott, his son, Ryan Appleton Scott, daughter-in-law, Amy, and granddaughters, Abigail and Kathryn Scott, of Wayland, MA, his sister, Elizabeth Scott, and his brother, Peter Scott.

Robin and Christine moved to Lake Wylie in 2005 and have enjoyed spending time with so many people they have become proud to call their friends. Robin led a successful career as an information technology executive and enjoyed an encore career working together with Christine in a recruiting business. Robin’s love of cars brought them around the world looking for one more car museum or vintage race with a paddock of cars to explore and people to talk to.

A Memorial Mass will be held Saturday, September 9, 2023, at 11:00 a.m., at All Saints Catholic Church, 530 Highway 274, Lake Wylie, SC, with Father John Giuliana officiating.
