We just learned of Betty's passing, and are so sorry. She helped look after all of us growing up in Amity Acres with patience and care, doing the important things that the best mothers do to make a difference in many lives.

I will always remember Betty as a great Sunday School teacher. I have great memories of our years working together at Dr. Biddix office. She is the one that helped me understand the sport of football. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

Max my thoughts are with you, and my heart hurts for you and your family. I wish I had the words...the right words, to make your pain less. The one thing that helps is knowing that we had the opportunity to love them and that they knew that they were truly loved. You and I have had a love that most people never find, and you will continue to love her. Tony always thought so much of "Miss Betty" and I am sure that if there is any way possible he will meet her at the pearly gates and walk her in. Please know that you are still loved and not forgotten even after all these years. My thoughts are with you my friend and tonight I shall cry for the both of us. Thinking of you...Janice Shreve
