I am so sad to hear the news of Dr. Lewis's passing. He was a delightful man and I enjoyed working for him for 10+ years. Hugs and prayers for Rosemary and his family.

I was so fortunate to have Dr. Lewis as my physician for many years. He delivered my three children and I considered him my friend. May God bless his family.
