Gladys Doolittle

Gladys Geneva Craven Doolittle, 84 of York, SC, formerly of Greenwood, SC, passed away Sunday January 14, 2018 at Carolina Gardens, York, SC.

Funeral service will be 11:00 am on Tuesday January 16, 2018 at Restoration Ministries, 2507 Hwy 25 South, Greenwood, SC conducted by the Rev. Thomas S. Doolittle and Rev. Milton Smith.  Interment will be in Greenwood Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.

Mrs. Doolittle was born on June 23, 1933 in Walterboro, SC to the late WR and Hattie Geneva Crosby Craven. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd W. Doolittle siblings, Anne Law, James Craven, Evelyn Campbell, William M. Craven, and Lloyd Craven; great granddaughter, Catherine Deveney.

She is survived by her son, Rev. Tom Doolittle and wife Beverly Sartin Doolittle of Columbia, SC; daughter Teresa D. Smith & husband Rev. Milton Smith of York, SC; sister, Lea Sullivan of Mt. Pleasant, SC; grandchildren Jason Smith (Misty), Jennifer Deveney (Rob), Jessica Whitesides (Adam), Shelley Bowers (Brandon) & Nathan Doolittle (Jami); and 12 great grandchildren. 

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Agape Hospice, 1326 Ebenezer Rd, Rock Hill, SC 29732
